So my players and I have decided to try out 4e Dark Sun. I played the original setting from 2nd Edition years ago and always had fun and look forward to exploring Athas again.

First thing we did was create some characters. The party consists of:

Otiril – A large half-giant (goliath) fighter with an even larger great axe. Get in his way at your own peril.

Kitano Jax – This human psion can make you think twice about most anything…and hurt you in the process.

Arannis – Both engaging and deadly, this half-elf bard may be sent to you with a surprise in his performance.

Ittik – Looking for a new pack to travel with has brought Ittik, a thri-kreen monk, into this group of adventurers.

Meldrick – This minotaur is a rare sight on Athas. But hailing form the wastelands this nomad’s rough exterior isn’t only skin deep.

We will be starting at first level with the Bloodsand Arena adventure. Read along and I hope you enjoy!
